#TSRUpdatez: On Wednesday, David Anthony Burke, who is publicly known as #D4vd, appeared before a judge, and new details surrounding the murder of 14-year-old #CelesteRivasHernandez have been revealed.

According to abc7la, the prosecution claims the singer was the last person to drive his Tesla, where Celeste’s remains were found last September. He was reportedly seen driving the vehicle on July 29, 2025, before leaving Los Angeles for his tour.

Documents also allege D4vd used a fake name and ordered two chainsaws, a body bag, and an inflatable pool on Amazon. Investigators are saying fragments from that pool were found in the cut wounds of the victim’s body.

Authorities are alleging that D4vd and Celeste met in January 2022 when she was 11 years old. They claim the two began having a sexual relationship in November of 2023, when she was 13, and D4vd was 18.

Prosecutors allege the singer continued to pursue Celeste despite being told by deputies that she was 13. When her parents took her phone away, the singer allegedly paid a junior high school student in Celeste’s class $1,000 to give her a cellphone that he had brought so they could keep in contact.
