Second Chance Month ends today. The need doesn't. 📅

This April we asked one question in a hundred different ways: what does it actually cost when we don't invest in people coming home?

The answer is always the same. It costs more. 💸 More incarceration. More broken families. More children at risk. More communities that never quite heal.

And every time we invest in a job, a home, a therapist, a mentor, a second chance, the math flips. The cycle bends. The neighborhood breathes a little easier.

To everyone who shared our posts this month: thank you. 🙏 To every employer who opened a door: thank you. To every donor who believed the work matters: thank you. To every person coming home who showed up anyway: we see you. Keep going. 💚

Charlotte is safer when everyone has a real path forward. That's not idealism. That's the data.
