themarkhenry confronted FS1's robparkermlbbro on themorningkickoff this week over Parker's recent comments dismissing grown men who watch professional wrestling.

Parker had previously gone viral comparing adult wrestling fans to people who never grew out of going to the zoo or the circus. Henry took his issue with those comments directly to Parker on the air during a guest appearance.

Henry opened with a wrestling history lesson.

"You do realize that President Abraham Lincoln was a pro wrestler? As well as during the Civil War, Ulysses Grant and Robert E. Lee were meeting about peace treaties, and Ulysses Grant told Robert E. Lee, 'hey, the way everything looks around here, we had wrestling last night.' Wrestling is a part of Americana."

He then asked Parker if he was a fan of any other entertainment franchises.

"Are you a fan of like the Marvel Universe or DC or Star Wars, Star Trek? I know Superman is not real, but I still love Superman. I know Black Panther is not real, but I'm entertained by it."

Henry framed Parker's stance as outdated.

"You've been misinformed. Over the last 10 years, the pro wrestling industry has come out as being predetermined. The war between athletes and academics is over, just like the Civil War is. I want you to come into the new millennium. Like, let it go."

Parker pushed back, saying his issue is wrestling being treated like a real competition on shows like SportsCenter.

"My biggest issue is blurring the lines and trying to make it like there's some real competition. You have never in your entire life had ESPN give you a Harlem Globetrotters Washington Generals score."

Parker closed with a parting shot at adult fans buying championship belts.

"Take those fake belts back to the store and get your money back."

Mark Henry got the last word: "Hey, you're wrong, I'm right."
