Get ready for your next tailgate party with these oven-to-grill ribs. These ribs cook low and slow in the oven until tender, then get a quick grill finish for that smoky flavor. It's the perfect make-ahead dish for your tailgate.

Ingredients:
2 racks Omaha Steaks Split Baby Back Ribs, thawed
½ cup Omaha Steaks Sweet Smoky Applewood Seasoning

BBQ Sauce
1 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons whole grain mustard
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pinch freshly cracked pepper
1 splash Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 325°F degrees. Coat both sides of the ribs generously with the dry rub seasoning.
2. Individually wrap each half tightly with foil, ensuring the entire rib is covered. Transfer to a baking sheet and cook for 2.5 to 3 hours, until tender. The ribs can be transferred immediately to a grill or refrigerated for up to 48 hours before finishing.
3. For the barbecue sauce add ketchup, mustard, sugar, vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper and Worcestershire sauce to a saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook until the sauce thickens, stirring constantly.
4. When ready, light grill to medium-high. Brush both sides of ribs with the sauce and transfer to the grill.
5. Cook until the sauce begins to caramelize, about 5 minutes on each side. Slice and serve.
