SoundOnSight is a community news program focused on the reactions of everyday people to contemporary issues. 
 
We have a strange relationship with the media we consume. From influencers to pundits, it’s all liable to feel out of touch, questionable, or even malicious. But out of a need to be informed, we still look at it all. Cut past the frenetic news cycle and look at the street. You see people left behind, forced to adapt, and struggling to understand how their world is changing. 

Our point is to speak on the reality you are witnessing. We tell stories from the inside-out, rather than report as outsiders looking in.

This project is actively taking shape. In the service of building out a news platform that gives better attention to issues you care about, we invite all feedback, suggestions, pitches, and criticism.
