Day 2 of rehydrating a 38 year old sourdough starter 🥖

After the initial hydration yesterday, it sat for 24 hours and it’s time to be fed with 2 tbsp of flour and 1-1 1/2 tbsp of warm water, resulting in a pancake batter consistency. 

Next, it will sit in a warm area for another 24 hours before the next feeding tomorrow! I’ll repeat this for the next 2-3 days, so I won’t bore you with the same video over and over!
