Road to Recovery begins TODAY.

I’ve always been a fearless recreational athlete. It’s probably why I’ve always had to deal with so many injuries. From a torn shoulder, a torn ankle, to busted knee and hips, I’ve always had to face the lows and bounce back. But this latest injury to my back completely shattered me. I’ve not been able to overcome the pain for over a year and a half. Until now.
