3 cups milk
½ cup granulated sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
1 stick unsalted butter
5 egg yolks
3 egg whites
1 Tablespoon lemon zest 
12 ounces canned peaches

For white top layer:
¾ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup water
2 egg whites

Misc.
½ Tablespoon butter to grease and dust a baking pan
½ Tablespoon graham cracker crumbs
