In primary rhinoplasty, I often prefer the closed technique, working through incisions inside the nostrils. This approach avoids an external scar and helps preserve the nasal skin envelope while allowing precise refinement of shape and balance.

At 3 months, the overall result is becoming clearer, but healing is still ongoing—subtle swelling can persist and the nose may continue to refine over the coming months as tissues fully settle.

Each rhinoplasty plan is individualized based on anatomy and goals, and detailed pre-op assessment is essential for a natural, long-lasting outcome.
