The Lafayette Police Department online records show that Lopez, 50, was booked on Tuesday, April 28, for a felony charge of possession with intent to distribute mar-juana.

Authorities were called to Lopez’s home on Thursday, April 23, after a mental health complaint, according to the Lafayette Police Department. The situation later became a criminal investigation, which may have led to Lopez’s arrest. 👀
