🍝 You watched me make the pasta… now watch what I did with it. 🍋 🌿 

Fresh pasta, frozen to preserve its texture and freshness (which is how we will sell it at the bakery), then boiled for just 3-4 minutes until perfect!

Tossed in a bright lemon ricotta sauce with asparagus—simple, refined, and very spring. Finished with some fresh basil, Parmesan cheese, a little more lemon zest, and some finishing olive oil!
