A teammate of yahya’s told him to join a drama class after watching him imitate his track coaches. Said, “It’s just like recess”. Yahya chose Ving Rhames, “Baby Boy” guns & butter monologue for his audition. What happened next was an epic performance, that launched a career that led him to it a Prime Time Emmy for his portrayal of “Wathcman’s” Mr. Manhattan.
