For two years I followed every piece of advice I was given. 

Firm. 
Consistent. 
Boundaried. 

All of it. 

And all of it made things worse.

The day I stopped trying to force her through it - her whole body changed. 

I didn’t understand why at the time. 
I do now.

If you’re exhausted from pushing, you’re not failing. 

You’re just working with the wrong information.
