A major Russian oil refinery has been hit for the third time this month by Ukrainian drones, forcing people living nearby to evacuate.

Strikes at the Tuapse refinery on the Black Sea have caused a "massive fire", a big oil spill in the sea and "black" rain falling on the city in the past two weeks.

Ukraine's military confirmed the latest drone strike, saying such refineries helped fund Russia's full-scale invasion while the Kremlin accused Ukraine of "further increasing the oil shortage in global energy markets".
