No one’s exempt from that “what if” feeling.
What if it’s different this time?
What if we’ve both grown?
What if I give in more?
What if I forgive?

Perhaps the real question is: what if your mind is tricking you to jump into comfort because growth seems too far away now? The Law of Becoming teaches us that when we nourish Identity and Connection, we learn the difference between what’s serving the version of us that exists today, and what’s what’s serving muscle memory disguised and instinct.
