How does this week go by so fast? Extremely blessed to be a part of the powermonkeyfitness family and to come back to powermonkeycamp every spring and fall. I look forward to this week so much!

I’ve said it many of times but I reiterate it because it’s true… camp is magical, special and life changing in so many ways. Once you attend and feel how special it is, you know. 

From the people, to the education, to the environment, to the moments that are created… you will have wanted to come earlier. I’m so thankful for the friends I have met and the connections that come from camp. 

A huge thank you to davedurante sadieann mikecerbus for opening the doors to this amazing place and having me back. 

Now let’s wrap up the week with a costume or costumes 😜
