6 desert roads where freedom has no speed limit.

There's a silence on desert highways that no playlist can fill. I've pulled over more times than I can count — not to check the map, but to make sure I wasn't dreaming. I could have picked a hundred roads where freedom has no speed limit. Today it's these six:

1️⃣ Monument Valley - US Scenic Byway 163. My absolute number one. This road doesn't just take you somewhere - it takes you into another world. Westerns were filmed here, legends were born here, and every mile feels like a scene you've already dreamed of. 

2️⃣ Valley of Fire - Mouse's Tank Road. My second favorite drive in the entire American Southwest. Slicing through prehistoric, burning red sandstone - one of the most epic roads you'll ever put behind you.

3️⃣ Goblin Valley Road, Utah. Short drive, long stare. These hoodoos do something to your sense of scale. 

4️⃣ U.S. Route 89 - Kane County sign on the right, Page somewhere behind me, and the sky doing exactly what it wanted. I was just following. 

5️⃣ Amboy Road, Mojave. A beautifully desolate vein leading straight to Route 66 and Roy's Motel & Café. The emptiness here is not lonely - it's fiercely liberating. 

6️⃣ Utah Scenic Byway 95. 121 miles between Blanding and Hanksville — and the feeling that you've discovered something the rest of the world forgot about .
