Tacos de papa 🥔 were always one of those meals growing up…simple ingredients, fed everybody and always hit.

I made mine crispy and topped them with shredded lettuce, a fresh chopped mix with tomato, onion, cucumber, cilantro + limón, and crema mexicana.

how to make them:
• boil potatoes until soft
• mash + season (salt + garlic powder + cotija cheese)
• fill tortillas and roll
• fry until crispy
• top with lettuce, fresh mix, and crema
