This was my first political romance and first Irene Bahrd book, it was a quick and easy read filled with drama, twists and untangling a web of lies. I wasn’t sure what to expect but definitely didn't disappoint. I loved Jaclyn and Alex, they were so perfect for each other. I wasn't a fan of Chris right away and glad the better suited twin married Jaclyn. Can't wait for the next book.
