This is book 2 of 3 in the Tanglewood University Trilogy, and it takes off where the 1st book The Professor ends, so you'll need to read that one before this one. 

I was absolutely hooked from the first page and couldn't willingly put this book down. I also feel like this book was much so much stronger since there wasn't the build-up like in the first book, but we are left with just as many unanswered questions as the first book but it's not a bad thing. I feel Anne and William chemistry is so much stronger, and the tension is more explosive with all the twists and turns and ups and downs in the book. Once again, that cliffhanger ending will have you anticipating the final book!
