The Accidental Siren is the 1st book in the Texas Sirens: Legacy series and is the next-gen spinoff of the Texas Sirens. This was my first Lexi Blake book, and I enjoyed it. The story was good and paced well for everything going on; it was filled with drama, suspense, and insta-love that’s sweet and entertaining, which is a great way to start off this legacy series. 

This book follows Joshua, Grim (Jared), and Nicole (Nora). Nicole is currently on the run, accused of murdering her abusive husband, which she did not commit. Joshua and Grim are best friends more like adoptive brothers who grew up together, and both wanted the same thing – finding the woman of their dreams to share between them. Josh, Grim, and Nicole were really sweet and hot together, and they were definitely made for each other. They help each other find the happiness they deserve as they overcome their (mainly Grim & Nicole) past together.
  
The thing I didn’t like about the story is told in 3rd POV, and with so many characters, it can be hard to keep up with who’s saying or thinking what, which also made it a bit harder to keep track of all the characters so it means I may need to read more Lexi Blake stories so I can keep up with everyone as I am looking forward to the next book in the series.
