This Victoria Sponge cake is absolutely stunning. Both in looks and taste 🍰 it’s soft, tender, filled with jam and cream - perfection. Literally comes together with minimal effort!! 

I made this for my F1 Dine to Survive series (Silverstone edition) originally but it absolutely needs to be shared again 🤌
