Join us tomorrow, on November 5, for a heartfelt and inspiring conversation as Real Word Speakers Anthony and Josh, both former youth in foster care who were served by CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), interview two current CASA volunteers about what it truly means to show up, speak up, and stay committed. This unique panel shows the power of advocacy from both sides — the volunteers who give their time and heart, and the youth whose lives are forever shaped by that commitment.

✨ Meet the Interviewers:

Anthony spent a third of his life in foster care and was supported by his CASA, Daniel. Today, Anthony is a UCLA graduate and advocate for children in foster care.

Josh, supported by his CASA, Tim, since 2016, navigated the foster system with guidance and consistency, and now holds a master’s degree.

✨ Meet the CASA Volunteers:

CASA José is a retired Marine Corps veteran and has been a CASA since 2018. He has guided five children through foster care with structure, compassion, and mentorship.

CASA Kelle has been a CASA since 2022. She supports a young boy in foster care, helping him rebuild trust, access education, and reconnect with family.
