As Voices for Children marks 45 years of advocating for children in foster care in San Diego County, we sincerely thank CBS 8 San Diego and journalist Jenny Day for helping us highlight the powerful impact of our Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteers — and for raising the voices of children in foster care whose lives are transformed through their advocacy.

During the interview, Jenny connected with Jessica Muñoz, Esq., MFS, President & CEO of Voices for Children; Josh B., a former youth in foster care; and Gwen S., a dedicated CASA volunteer. Each shared compelling insights into how the advocacy of a CASA can change lives:
