Congratulations 🎉  to our San Diego County CASA of the Month, Victoria A.! When 15-year-old Rosalia* entered foster care, she faced deep uncertainty and emotional challenges. Amid multiple placement disruptions, CASA Victoria has been a steady, grounding presence in Rosalia’s life—modeling healthy boundaries, trust, and unconditional support. 

Their bond reflects the powerful role a CASA can play in helping youth feel valued and not alone. In Rosalia’s own words during a recent child and family team (CFT) meeting: “She’s the one person I can call when I’m upset and everyone’s making me feel crazy—and she makes me feel safe and okay again.”
