Congratulations to our Riverside County CASA of the Month, Rhiana L.! 🥳 Since 2021, CASA Rhiana has been a steady, unwavering presence in Andy’s* life—through every placement, every challenge, and every milestone. When instability defined his world, she brought consistency. When he struggled to trust, she showed up again and again.

Now 16, Andy is thriving, excelling in school, building healthy relationships, and imagining a future filled with possibility. His transformation didn’t happen overnight. It happened because one person kept showing up.
