This year, Voices for Children President & CEO Jessica Muñoz has been nominated as a Rising Star 🌟 for the Nonprofit category! She has dedicated her professional life to championing youth in foster care and leads our organization, the only local nonprofit organization designated by the courts in San Diego County to recruit and train Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteers who speak up for the needs and well-being of children in foster care.
