As we observe Mental Health Awareness Month, this panel will explore the mental health challenges faced by youth living in foster care and how Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) can support a child’s mental health throughout their foster care journey. The panel will be moderated by licensed clinical social worker and therapist Luke S., who has served as a CASA with Voices for Children since 2018.
