We love our NEW Gluten Free Sourdough Style Tortillas for just about anything, but we've been absolutely devouring them as chicken and cheese enchiladas lately!   Here's our go-to method: Heat oven to 350°F.  Add a little sauce to your baking dish first (this is key!).  Heat your tortillas.  Fill tortillas, roll 'em up, place seam-side down. Smother with more sauce.  Bake 10-15 minutes until bubbly and melty.
