1. Vegetarian pho at Quán Chay Thanh Tịnh — light, flavourful, and seriously underrated
2. Coconut ice cream — from a small stall next to Chùa Ông Cần Thơ (Quảng Triệu Hội Quán) (simple, but spot on)
3. Vietnamese braai at Tiệm Nướng Xóm Nọ Cần Thơ — we came back 3 times… that says it all.
