Chinese table tennis player Sun Yingsha beat Romania’s Adina Diaconu 3–0 to give China a winning start at the World Table Tennis Championships on Saturday.

“I was a bit nervous at the start… but after 5–9 I got better as the match went on,” Sun said after the match.
