A regional state of emergency was declared in Russia’s Black Sea port of Tuapse after an oil refinery caught fire following a Ukrainian drone strike.⁣

Footage showed a massive plume of black smoke rising from the refinery, as well as steaming puddles on a nearby street.⁣

Residents living near the refinery were being evacuated.⁣
⁣
The refinery has been hit repeatedly by Ukrainian drones in recent weeks, most recently catching fire in a blaze that took four days to extinguish.⁣
