CHOCOLATE SHELL ICE CREAM BARS 

INGREDIENTS
5 plastic ice pop sleeves
~10 tbsp chocolate chips (2 tbsp each)

2–3 cups heavy whipping cream
4–5 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla vanillabeanproject 

Search amazon for disposable frozen popsicle sleeves

ASSEMBLE
Add chocolate chips to sleeves → submerge in very hot water till melted.
Lay flat on counter → run finger along sleeve to spread chocolate edge-to-edge (thin shell).

Whip cream till firm → mix in condensed milk + vanilla.

Blow into sleeve to open center.
Pipe cream all the way up.
