AMA members leading global strategy 🌍📊

At our latest workshop, members applied the 4 Ps of Product, Price, Place, and Promotion to global markets using the example of Crumbl Cookies in Mexico. Teams then took ownership of their ideas. Each group selected a brand and country, like Whole Foods Market in Germany, and developed a full 4 Ps strategy before delivering a 2 minute pitch.
