Attention all sausage enthusiasts, culinary adventurers, and flavor fanatics – join the "Top Your Brat" contest! Prepare to unleash your creativity, tantalize taste buds, and claim your chance to win a year's supply of sausage. 

Three finalists will be chosen to receive a year's supply of sausage and have their creations taste tested on the opening day of Summerfest at the Johnsonville Summerville Stage. The grand prize entry will be featured as an official menu item at Summerfest 2024. Here's how to join the action ☟

Between June 3rd – 12th: 
➡️ Dream up your brat toppings! Creations must include 2 or 3 toppings to be considered.
➡️ Choose your brat vessel. Traditional brat bun? Flatbread? Lettuce leaf? The easier to enjoy at a festival, the better.
➡️ Give your sausage creation a name!
➡️ Share your maximum 3 brat toppings here with us, plus the name of your creation using #JohnsonvilleTopYourBrat (Comment, Tweet, DM… enter however you'd like)!

Finalists' creations will be expertly prepared and taste-tested live by our Brattender judging panel of Wisconsin media, foodie talent, and the Sausage King himself, Ralph Stayer, on June 22 at the Summerville stage. Join us for the fun!
