If this whole @KenRoczen94 to Suzuki deal seems slightly familiar, its because 25 years ago @jeremymcgrath made a very similar move. Like Kenny, the King parted ways with Honda after six years, announcing it in December ’96. He was also wearing Fox Racing gear, and he had his own outside sponsors going with him, only it was 1-800-COLLECT, not Progressive Insurance. Despite the 11th hour change, MC came damn close to winning the @supercrosslive title, coming up just 15 points shy of Jeff Emig. Will Kenny’s similar move 25 years later turn out as well? Better?
