I don’t think I’ve fully processed how special this week was…

Movement has always been a part of my life.
From playing soccer in high school and college…
to now, in a completely different season.

Becoming a mom changed a lot for me.
But one thing I’ve really tried to hold onto is taking care of myself… mentally and physically. Moving my body isn’t just a routine for me anymore. It’s how I reset. It’s how I show up better for my daughter… and honestly, for myself too.

So being named to the dicksvarsityteam 
and spending a few days in Tampa with dickssportinggoods…just felt really full circle.

Grateful doesn’t even cover it 🤍
I don’t take moments like this for granted.
