MILLIONAIRE’S SHORTBREAD ~ Shortbread, caramel and chocolate ganache...umm, yes, please! These “rich” treats originated in Australia as caramel bars, but popularized by the Scots who added the millionaire moniker. I’m sure their appearance on The Great British Baking show also helped 😉 Personally, I think Las Vegas should adopted it as their city cookie - If you don’t become a millionaire, at least you get an oversized gourmet Twix bar!
