Year 1 In The Books! Man was it a hell of a Rollercoaster I remember before I became HC I swore I knew it all & had it Allll figured out lol little did I know I wasn’t even scratching the surface! From the short season turnaround to Discipling kids, dealing with Parents to Keeping kids eligible to practice planning X’s & O’s all the way down to damn Laundry for the team Took me for a hell of a ride! through it all we Were able to make a trip back to the Super Bowl. And unfortunately we Fell Short our Goals The thing I learned about holding high expectations for yourself and a program is that the higher you reach the higher the fall! But all my go getters know that there’s no where else U would rather fall from. When sitting down and putting it into perspective there is no losing when your teaching kids how to navigate through life and become men. & Losses are apart of that. Being able to see both sides of winning and losing builds a great deal of character that just can’t be taught from any other lesson. I know I will be in this game a long time and it will surely come with Wins & Losses. I appreciate what I’ve seen through this whole year of 2021 as a coach & I can only promise to get better and hold my self & my kids to the highest standard! I am proud of the way my guys were able to make a name for themselves in the Span of one year earning us the right to call ourselves one of the Top Programs in RI . Proud of My Seniors love you guys forever the last group apart of my 1st year coaching will never be forgotten I hope I gave y’all everything & more as u guys are set to go to college and live productive lives .. Providence! A lot of work still needs to be done I understand Rome was not built in a Day But u can Almost Bet that We will be back & Better than ever Next Year! Til then 3 Out #RookieOfTheYear #Centboys #TeamDolla #KeepRaisingTheBar #TheStandard
