Day 3 of travelling the NC500 in a vintage caravan notanotherwhitebox, a roof tent jameschlewis, and a van conversion. 

Inverness to Brora covering most of the east coast, the drive along the sea was amazing! 

You have to stop by robertsonsfarmshop if you’re doing this route, such a wonderful shop and the people who run it were so lovely. Not pictured was the incredible cheese that I bought! It was the creamiest cheese that melted in my mouth, never had a cheese like it! (Lazy ploughman Isle of Kintyre) 

The pizzas: has anyone ever had success making homemade pizzas !? (I have never 😅) I don’t know why I volunteered to make the dough. The moment I put all the wet ingredients together and it filled the main bowl I had I knew I’d messed up. James and I had tripled the recipe and the measurements were getting complicated and it turns out we made far too much dough. We had to split the mixture into 4 bowls just to mix it and it took forever. We then had the pizza plate up too high so most of them burnt on the bottom and weren’t cooked well on the top. We ended the night hungry and crazy 😂
