It’s one of those cozy, chilly days that just calls for something warm and comforting — and I couldn’t stop craving a bubbling hotpot. 🍲 I used the Joydeem hotpot and grill to bring it all together, and it hit the spot perfectly.

For the hotpot sauce: soy sauce, gochujang, chilli oil, chilli garlic sauce — then in goes shrimp, bell peppers, carrots, Maggi masala, dumplings, and green onions.
For the grill: cauliflower and bell peppers marinated in yogurt, ginger garlic paste, salt, chilli, and turmeric.
