The Annual UCSC Dining Tasting Fair is a free, popular event typically held in April, featuring free samples and swag from premium vendors, campus organizations, and the awesome UCSC culinary team! 🧑‍🍳 

It highlights the local, sustainable, and organic food options available in the various campus dining halls and eateries, allowing students to meet suppliers and learn where sustainable food is served on campus! 🥗
