You see a before and after.
You see muscle.
You see confidence.
You see the physique 💪

But you don’t see the years in between.

This is only 4 years of work.
And trust me… 4 years is nothing when you understand how much life can happen in that time.

Between these two photos there was relapse.
Loss of faith.
Regaining faith 🙏
Depression.
Anger.
Isolation.
Lost friendships.
Lost family connections.
Meetings.
Recovery.
Reset after reset.
Starting over again and again.

Moments where I questioned myself.
Moments where I hated the man in the mirror.
Moments where I felt completely lost.

That’s the part people don’t see.

Transformation is not just fat loss and muscle gain.

Sometimes it’s surviving yourself.
Sometimes it’s learning discipline while your mind is fighting against you.
Sometimes it’s choosing recovery over destruction one day at a time.

These pictures are not separated by 4 years.

They’re separated by pain, growth, setbacks, faith, recovery, discipline, and purpose 🔥

So if you’re struggling right now and feel behind in life…
keep going.

One day people will only see the result.
But you’ll remember the war it took to become that person.
