✨ Quick Mutton Chops Recipe:

Ingredients:

- Oil
- Cumin seeds
- Cinnamon sticks
- Black cardamom
- Ginger garlic paste
- Mutton chops + meat pieces
- Onion (chopped)
- Green chili
- Salt
- Roasted & crushed zeera + dhaniya
- Yogurt
- Water (as needed)

Method:

1. Heat oil, add cumin, cinnamon & black cardamom
2. Add ginger garlic paste, then mutton, sauté well
3. Add onions & green chili, cook further
4. Add salt, roasted crushed zeera & dhaniya, yogurt & a little water
5. Pressure cook on high for 12 mins
6. Dish out & top with fresh green chili
