With more than 20 years of experience in civil engineering, land development, and multidisciplinary project leadership, Scott brings expertise in delivering complex projects and building high-performing teams. Based in our newly established Arizona office, he will play a key role in growing the company’s presence across the Greater Phoenix area and Southwest region.

As our 24th office nationwide, the Arizona location marks a significant milestone in Core States Group’s continued growth. Scott will lead civil project execution in the region, helping expand our capabilities and deliver responsive, high-quality solutions that support the area’s rapid development.
