Each Wednesday on the the South Slope, undergroundfitavl hosts a no cost, adaptive CrossFit workout for our neurodivergent community members. Over an hour, Coach Julie leads dozens of athletes through a traditional CrossFit routine and these athletes prove that everybody and every body can sweat with pride. 

This summer, Asheville City matches will begin with players wearing a pre-match kit sponsored by fredandersonsubaru and made by hummelprona. Designed with a fingerprint pattern utilizing the colors of the disability pride flag, the kit is a reminder that everyone is unique and everyone should be proud to “Be U.”

In this City, Pride is more than visibility. It’s how we speak, how we train, and how we respect one another. We’re proud to be us.
