After retiring in 2022, eleven-time Olympic medalist Allyson Felix is planning on returning to the track in 2027, with the hopes of competing at a sixth Olympics in her hometown of Los Angeles in 2028. She'll be 42 years old! 🏃‍♀️👏⁣

The most decorated female track and field athlete in Olympic history, Felix owns 11 Olympics medals, including seven gold. At the Tokyo Olympics in 2021, she captured relay gold and 400m bronze, before retiring in 2022. 🇺🇸🥇⁣

Per NBC Sports, to make the team, she would likely have to at least make the Olympic Trials 100m or 400m final, or finish in the top three to qualify in an individual event. We believe in you, GOAT! 🙌⁣
