Salt 1/2 tbsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Ghee 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp

For masala;
Oil 1 tbsp
Onion 3 medium
Tomato 3 large
Green chilli 2
Garlic 5-6 cloves
Ginger 2 inch
Coriander leaves 
Cashew 12-15
Curd 1/2 cup
Spices (chilli powder 1 tsp, turmeric 1/2 tsp, cumin 1/2 tsp, garam masala 1 tsp, tikka/chicken masala 1 tsp)
Salt 1 tsp
Cream 1/2 cup
Kasuri methi 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves for garnish
