🩷🩷This morning one of my mama besties nicolepajer and I were treated to a Morning of Mama Wellness 

I’ve been wanting to try bekindstudios for forever. It is one of the most beautiful Pilates Studios of all time and today we were treated to a class on the rooftop. I’m more of a reformer gal but today, I probably took one of the best and hardest mat Pilates classes of all time it was all focused on glutes and triceps and I have to tell you I am so so sore. It is pretty amazing what a mat and a resistance band can do for a workout. I need to do this more often. 

Post workout we got to personalize an otmcollection bag. Now these bags are really cool because they can survive all the elements like snow and a really really hot car in the summer. You put your skin care and makeup or even phone jn the bag and it’s designed to keep everything temperature controlled. This is so perfect for everyday but truly for road trips and traveling. Cannot wait to get mine in the rotation.
