→ Status quo bias: your brain reads “familiar” as “safe”

→ Ego protection: failure threatens identity, so you stay small (Dweck)

Your nervous system isn’t broken. It’s wired for survival, not growth.

Comfort = predictable = alive.

But predictable is also where dreams go to die.

The 2% aren’t braver.
